This wonderful Autumn kit called Painted Leaves by Freeks Creations has 82 Elements and 14 Papers! So much that you can make a multitude of tags with it. As you can see above, I have these two tags made with her kit. You can get this kit at the following stores!

This tut was made using PSPx5.
And knowledge of PSPx5.
Supplies needed
Tube of choice. I used one by Arthur Crowe.
You need a license to use his work. You can get it
and his work here at Arthur Crowes Factory.
PTU kit Steampunk Lady by Rissa's Designs.
Mask of choice. I used MB and SW Mask 5 by Moonbeams and Spiderwebs.
Font of choice. I used Sloop for Beauty word
and Passions Conflict Rob for name.
Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.

When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.
It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol
Remember to save often.
Start off with New image 600 x 600.
Copy and RD_SL_Paper5 as new layer. Layers, New Mask layer.
Find the mask in the list Click ok. Merge group
Copy and paste RD_SL_Element26 as new layer. Resize by 85%.
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste tube as new layer. Place a part in one of the circles.
Move to below frame. Erase any part NOT in the circle.
Repeat for other two cirles and then merge the tube layers together.
Duplicate blend Hard light.
Copy and paste tube as new layer. Resize by 65% Flip Horizontal.
Move to bottom left. Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste RD_SL_Element96 as new layer. Resuze by 35%. Move to
center of the Circles.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste RD_SL_Element92 as new layer. Resize by 55%. Move to
bottom left of tag.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste RD_SL_Element46 as new layer. Resize by 55%. Move to
bottom left of tag.**
Copy and paste RD_SL_Element68 as new layer. Resize by 55%. Move to
bootom right. Place under the Stampunk element.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste RD_SL_Element31 as new layer. Resize by 55%. Move to
top left of tag make bottom layer.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste RD_SL_Element64 as new layer. Resize by 95%. Make
bottom layer. Add drop shadow.
Using Text tool and font Sloop type out Beauty then conver to rastor
layer. Drop shadow 2,2,100,8 color of white. Move to under Steampunk
words.
Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done.

Copy and paste 42 (scarebear) as new layer. Move to bottom
of tag.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 19 (turkey on a log) as new layer. Move to
right of tag and down a tad.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 20 (free pumpkins) as new layer. Move under the
turkey.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 21 (pumpkin patch sign) as new layer. Move to
bottom left of the tag.** Add drop shadow.
Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done. For more shadow effect duplicare name after
adding the drop shadow.

Copy and paste Ele_1 as new layer. Move it to the bottom right
of the snake.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste Ele_43 as new layer. Move to bottom right of frame.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste Ele_36 as new layer. Move it to the bottom right of
the frame Just to the left of the Boot.** Addd drop Shadow.
Copy and paste close up as new layer. Move to under frame and
to the left.** Using Eraser tool erase parts of the close up
that you see on the outsides of the frame. Duplicate Blend
Hard Light.

bottom of tag.** Add Drop Shadow.
Copy and paste EC_ISB_Swirltree as new layer.
Image flip Horizontal move to left of tag.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste EC_ISB_TeddySkull as new layer.
Move to left of tag.** Add drop shadow.
Resize all layers by 76%
Copy and paste EC_ISB_P13 as new layer move
to bottom layer. Layers, new mask layer, from image.
Find mask in the list click ok merge group.
Copy and paste EC_ISB_Devil as new layer.
Place at top left of tag. Using pick tool
rotate to left a bit and make make
it just a tad smaller.** Using TagXtreme2 font
add *in disquise* Repeat with pick tool add any effects
to make it stand out. I used Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow.
Add proper/clear copyright and Lic.# (If Needed)
Add your name. On name Convert to raster layer
Duplicate on top layer Effects 3D effects cutout
settings 0,0,100,11 color black add drops shadow.

I am trying a bit different way to write these.

Resize by 89%
Select raster 10 - Selections all, float, defloat, invert
Copy Makinmagicdnscrapspapers10 Move over just a bit to left
Delete -Selections none add drop shadow.
Repeat for raster 4, copy of raster 4, and Copy (2) of raster 4
Select raster 2 - Selections all, float, defloat, invert
Copy Makinmagicdnscrapspapers15 Delete - Selections none
Add drop shadow.
Select Copy (3) of raster 2 Selections all, float, defloat,
Invert - Copy Makinmagicdnscrapspapers8 Delete - Selections none
Add drop shadow.
Using pick tool choose a color from tube.
Select Copy (2) of raster 2
Using Flood fill setting - match mode none, Tolerance 10,
use all layers unchecked, blend normal, opacity 100.
Flood fill the layer.
Using pick tool pick another color from tube
Select raster 3 Using Flood fill setting the same as above.
Floodfill the layer
Using Change to Target Brush and same color as above
Go over raster 5 and copy of raster 5. Add drop shadow to both layers.
Raster 6 and 7 add drop shadow
Copy and paste tube as new layer. May have to resize.
I did by 65%. Move to right of tag.**
Select Copy (2) of raster 2.
Copy and paste tube as new layer again.
Image, Flip horizontal. Blend mode Luminance (L)
Duplicate Blend mode hard light. Add drop shadow to
Luminance layer tube.
Select Copy (2) of raster 2 again Selections all, float,
defloat, invert. Delete on above 2 tube layers.
Select raster 6. Copy and paste Makinmagicdnscrapsribbons2
as new layer. Add drop shadow Move to top of tag.**
Duplicate, Image, Flip Horizontal.
Move to top layer. Copy and paste Makinmagicdnscrapslight
as new layer. Move to right bottom of tag.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste Makinmagicdnscrapsbook as new layer.
Move to bottom right of tag just over the light**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste Makinmagicdnscrapsclock as new layer.
Move to bottom left of tag.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste Makinmagicdnscrapsbookkitty as new layer.
Move to bottom left of tag just over the clock.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste Makinmagicdnscrapsbottle as new layer.
Move to top left of tag.** Image, Flip horizontal,
Image Free rotate to the right by 30.
Copy and paste Makinmagicdnscrapshallo as new layer.
Flip horizontal.
If you wish, Using A Charming Font, Add the saying
Spiders, Snails, and PuppyDog Tails.
Add proper/clear copyright and Lic.# (If Needed)
Then add name using Ambiance BT Swash. To make look thicker
like mine I made stroke width same color as color for font
and a width of 2.
