This tut was made using PSPx4.
And knowledge of PSPx4.
Supplies needed
Tube of choice. I used one by Wendy Gerber.
You need a license to use her work. You can get it
and her work here at Tubes 4 Taggers.
PTU kit Sparkles N Spikes by Amy Marie.
Mask of choice. I used MB and SW Mask 39 by Moonbeans and Spiderwebs.
Font of choice. I used Times New Romance.
Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.
pp4 - 75%

tube - 65% or to fit
drop shadow -10, 8, 50, 10

When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.
It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol
Remember to save often.
Start off with New image 600 x 600.
Copy and paste pp4 as new layer. Layers, New Mask layer.
Find the mask in the list Click ok. Merge group
Copy and paste 93 as new layer. Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 64 as new layer. Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 97 as new layer. Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 106 as new layer. Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 119 as new layer. Move to top left of the heart.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 33 as new layer. Move to top right.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste tube as new layer. Add drop shadow with
following settings... -10, 8, 50, 10.
Copy and paste 98 as new layer. Move to bottom of tag.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 34 as new layer.
Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name ( on name I used background white foreground black with
a stroke of 2.)and your done.

This tut was made using PSPx5.

Supplies needed
Tube of choice. I used one by Wendy Gerber.
You need a license to use her work. You can get it

FTU kit Evil Ann and Andy by Wicked Princess Scraps.
Mask of choice. I used Mask 56 MB and SW by Moonbeams and Spiderwebs.
Font of choice. I used Angry Blue.
Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.

WP_EAA_PP10 - 75%
WP_EAA_BARBEDWIREFRAME - 65%
WP_EAA_CHAINEDBLEADINGHEARTS - 50%
Tube - 15% or resize to fit
WP_EAA_CORNER - 65%
WP_EAA_DISTURBEDWORDART - 50%
WP_EAA_SKELOTONHANDSINCAN - 35%
WP_EAA_BOTTLES - 35%

Bat - 40%
Bat in a Box - 40%
