This tut was made using PSPx7.
And knowledge of PSPx7.

Supplies needed

PTU kit "Fantasy Forest" by "Freeks Creations". You can get it at the following stores.

Mystical Scraps
Scraps and Company
Dance in the Rain Scraps

Tube of choice, I used "Hedgies in Love" by "Laguna".
You can get it at Pics For Design.
Mask "Sparkle Floral Mask 2017 LNL" by "Leather and Lace Ads".

Font of choice. I used "Country Side" by Billy Argel.
This is a personal use only font. 

Must contact designer for Commercial Use.
You can get font at Font Space.

Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.

Paper5- 75%
Splash
Path
Swing
Vines- 60%
Mushroom- 30%
Mushroom2- 20%
Fairy- 50%
Tube- Resize to fit
Light
Glitter
Wordart

When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.10 unless otherwise stated.

It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol

Remember to save often.

Start off with New image 600x600.

Copy and paste Paper5 as new layer. Layers, New Mask layer.
Find the mask in the list Click ok. Merge group.

Copy and paste Splash as new layer.

Copy and paste Path as new layer. Move down just a tad.**

Copy and paste Swing as new layer. Move to the right just a tad.**
Add a drop shadow.**

Copy and paste Vines as new layer. Image- Flip- Horizontal.
Move to in front of the swing.**
Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste Mushroom as new layer.
Move to bottom right in front of vines a tad.**
Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste Mushroom2 as new layer.
Move to bottom right of first mushroom.**
Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste Fairy as new layer. Move to left of mushrooms a bit.**
Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste Light as new layer. Move to left of tag.**

Copy and paste Tube as new layer. Move it to the bottom left of tag.**

Copy and paste Glitter as new layer.

Copy and paste Wordart as new layer. Move to bottom of tag.**
Add a drop shadow of 2.2.100.6.

Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done. With the name on this one I used a color from the kit with a white outline stroke of 1. and add a drop shadow of 2.2.100.6
