This tut was made using PSPx9.
And knowledge of PSPx9.

Supplies needed
 

PTU kit "Country Kitchen" by "Creative Scraps by Crys". 
It has 128 elements and 14 papers and can be found at
 
Tube of choice, I used "199-3" by "Pinup Toons" which can be found at CDO.

Mask "MB and SW Mask 84" by "Moonbeams and Spiderwebs".

Font of choice. I used "Script MT Bold". I think it is one that comes with every computer,
but in case you do not have it a similar font can be gotten HERE.

Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.

CK_Paper (11) - 75%
CG_Element (101) - 96%
CG_Element (106) - 96%
CG_Element (24) - 30%
Tube of choice resized to fit
CG_Element (108) - 70%
CG_Element (5) - 75%
CG_Element (84) - 30%
CG_Element (39) - 15%
CG_Element (33) - 30%

When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.10 unless otherwise stated.

It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol

Remember to save often.

Start off with New image 600x600.

Copy and paste CK_Paper (11) as new layer. Layers, New Mask layer, from image, Choose MB and SW Mask 84, invert mask data unchecked, click ok and then merge group. Find the mask in the list Click ok. Merge group

Copy and paste CG_Element (101) as new layer. Add a drop shadow of 0.0.100.0.

Copy and paste CG_Element (106) as new layer.

Copy and paste CG_Element (24) as new layer. Move to the top left of the tag.** Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste tube as new layer. Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste CG_Element (108) as new layer. Move to left of tag.** Add drop shadow. Duplicate image, Image - Mirror Horizontal.

Copy and paste CG_Element (5) as new layer. Images - Free rotate to the left at 90°. Move to bottom of tag.** Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste CG_Element (84) as new layer. Move to bottom left of tag.** Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste CG_Element (39) as new layer. Move to in front of tea pot.** Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste CG_Element (33) as new layer. Move to in front of the mug.** Add drop shadow.

Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done.

Tube of chose was "Lrya" by "Jose Cano".
Fonts of choice. I used "Beautiful Lovers", which is personal use unless you contact the designer for permission and,  "Wakanda", which is also personal use unless you contact the designer for permission. Both which are at Fontspace.com

Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.

Splash
Confetti
Balloon
Frame2 - 85%
Tube - resized to fit**
Leaves2 
Glitter2
Butterfly - 40%
Eagle - 40%
Firework - 40%
Firework2 - 35%

Copy and paste Confetti as new layer.

Copy and paste Balloon as new layer and add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste Frame2 as new layer and add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste tube as new layer, resized to fit.** Move to behind the frame layer. Selections - select all, Selections - float, Selections - defloat. Click on the frame layer and using eraser tool, only erase the part of the frame to make it look like she is coming out of the frame.** Selections - none and add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste Leaves2 as new layer and move to the bottom.** Add a drop shadow Duplicate layer, Images - flip - horizontal.

Copy and paste Glitter2 as new layer.

Copy and paste Butterfly as new layer, moving to the bottom of the tag.** Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste Eagle as new layer and move to the top left of the tag.** Add a drop shadow.

Copy and paste Firework as new layer and move to the top right of tag.**

Copy and paste Firework2 as new layer and place just below and to the left of the first Firework.

Erase any hang over of tube you see at bottom. If using same tube as me, it was a little bit of her legs.
Using the Beautiful Lovers font I have typed out "Proud to be an American" With the font centered, leading -0.500. You can place it how and where you want if you choose to add it.

Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done. I used the Wakanda font for the name with a drop shadow of 2.2.100.10 on word art and name.
