This tut was made using PSPx4
And knowledge of PSPx4.

Supplies needed
PTU St Patrick Fairy World from Disenando Scraps HERE.
Tube of Choice One with a close up. I used Carrie Hall.
You need a lic to use his work. You can get it and his work at *Coming Soon*
Font Of Choice I used Whisper HERE.
Filters Eyecandy 4000 Gradiant Glow.


When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.

It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol

Remember to save often.

Open sanpatrickdayframeribbond Shift+d to Duplicate
Close original. Resize by 86% Selections - All - float - defloat

Open tube copy and paste as new layer.
Mocve to top left od frame and erase part of the tube in the selectionof frame.
Selections - None Erase rest of Tube that is hanging from the bottom under frame

Layers New Rastor layer Move to Bottom Using Selection tool Shape circle
make a circle to fit under the frame.
Open stpatrickfairyworldpaper6 resize by 76% copy and paste as new layer.
Selections invert delete. You may have to move it around a bit to look right.
Add Drop Shadow to frame

Open stpatrickfairyworlfroggdn resize him by 45% Image - Flip Horizontal Copy and paste on tag
as new layer. Place at bottom right. May need to resize it a bit mor to your liking.
I did it again by 75% Image flip horizontal move to left** a bit and added drop shadow.
Duplicate - Resize by 40% Move to under the tube layer
and to look like it is in her hands, like she is kissing it.

Open springsecretgardenfeadrop2 resize by 45% copy and paste as new layer.
Move to right the frog ** Add drop shadow.

Open stpatricksfairyworldflower resize by 30% place under frog layer at bottom
and above the grass layer. and inbetween the grass and frog.

Image resize all layers by 86%
Add proper/clear copyright and Lic.# (If Needed)

Add your name turn it around a bit. Convert to Rastor layer.**
Effects Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow settings - 3, 25, 100
