This tut was made using PSPx4

And knowledge of PSPx4.

Supplies needed 

PTU Party in the City from Tasha's Playground HERE.

Tube of Choice One with a close up. I am using Four X's Designs. 

You need a lic to use her work. You can get it and her work at her store HERE.

Font Of Choice I used Forte .You can get it HERE.

Mask 258 by Vix you can get it HERE.

When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements. 

Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.

Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.

It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag. 

I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done 

I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol

Remember to save often.

Open new image 600x600 

Open frame 2 Copy and paste as new layer.

Open cityscape resize by 80% Copy and paste as new layer 

Place under frame layer and just a bit to the bottom.**

Add new rastor laye and move to under cityscape.

Using magic wand click inside frame Selections Modify expand by 2

flood fill on the new layer with black. Selections none

Open sparkle2 resize by 75 copy and paste as new layer.

Open Streamer image flip horizontal copy and paste over frame layer. 

Move to left of frame. **

Copy tube and paste as new layer. May have to resize. I did by 75%.

Place as top layer**

Open stars image flip horizontal copy and paste as new layer.

Move down and to right just a touch. ** Add drop shadow to stars and frame.

Open mask and paper6. Copy and paste paper as new layer move to bottom.

Layers - New mask layer - from Image pick your mask click ok. Merge group.

I added a drop shadow you may if you wish.

Resize all to 575x575

Add proper/clear copyright and Lic.# (If Needed)

Add name and were done.
