This tut was made using PSPx4
And knowledge of PSPx4.

Supplies needed 
PTU Cobalt Butterfly from Irish Princess Designs HERE
Tube of Choice. I am using Barbara Jensen. 
You need a lic to use her work. You can get it and her work HERE
Font of Choice I used One Starry Night.You can get it HERE.

When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements. 
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.

It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag. 
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done 
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol

Remember to save often.

Open New Image 600x600

Open IBD_Element2 Copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 95%
Move to bottom of tag.**

Open IBD_Element7 Copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 50%
Move to left of the grass and in layers make it the layer 
under the grass.** I added a drop shadow you can if you like 
or leave it as is.

Open IBD_Element32 Copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 15%
Move to the bottom left of tag.** Add drop shadow. Duplicate
resize by 85% using pick tool turn just a bit move slightly 
down and to the right** Duplicate that and move slightly up 
and to the right and in layers put under the bigger rose layer.**
Merge Roses.

Open IBD_Element36 Copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 25%.
Move to the right of the roses as layers move to under roses layer.
Add drop Shadow.

Open IBD_Element39 Copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 75%
Move to right of tag using as top layer** Duplicate Merge down.
Duplicate Image Flip Horizontal move over to left of tag.**

Open your tube copy and paste as new layer. Resize if you need to.
Move to right of tag and under the sparkle layers. 
Add Drop shadow settings 2, 3, 100, 8.

Open IBD_Element6 Copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 30%.
Move to upper right infront of the tube. Kinda looks like
she is watching them flay away. Add drop shadow.

Open IBD_Element55 Copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 90%.
Move to very bottom of layers and kinda center but tothe left just a tad.**

Add proper/clear copyright and Lic.# (If Needed)
And then a name.
