This tut was made using PSPx5
And knowledge of PSPx5.
Supplies needed
PTU kit Hobby Madness by Mellow Graphics.

Tube of Choice. I am using Ismael Rac.

Filter EyeCandy 4000 Glass
Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.
Splash_1 65%
Spalsh_2 65&
Splash_3 65%
Pallet_2 - 65%
Paint_can - 50%
Easel_Blank
Abstract_Art
mgPaper_5
WordArt_2 65%
WordArt_3 65%
MB and SW Mask 25
tube 1 first 60%
tube second no resize
When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.
It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol
Remember to save often.
Open new image 600x600
Copy and paste Easel_Blank as new layer.
Move up and to right of tag.
Added a drop shadow of -2, 4, 100, 10
Copy and paste tube as new layer resize by 60% Image Flip Horizontal.
On the Easel I used Selection tools, Selections, rectangle.
Started at top left of easel pad and went down to bottom left of easel pad.
Selections, modify, feather by 40 selections invert.
Move tube to over the easel.** Delete
Copy and paste Abstract_Art as new layer move to over easel pad.
Delete Selections none. There may be some over hang use eraser to erase it.
Duplicate Abstract_art Blend Hard Light
Duplicate tube Blend Hard light. On first tube layer add drop shadow.
If you want the glow like I have on the easel I used
Change to target brush with color from tube and used it JUST on the pad.
Copy and paste tube as new layer resize this time by 85%.
Move to bottom and left a tad. **
Add drop shadow. On easel Selections all, float, defloat, on the tube
using eraser erase the part of leg that is infront of middle leg of easle.
Selections none.
Copy and paste Pallet_2 as new layer.
Move to bottom of tube and just over it a little bit.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste Paint_Can as new layer.
Move to just beside the pallet.**
Add Drop Shadow.
Copy and paste WordArt_2 as new layer.
Move to bottom right just a bit.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste WordArt_3 as new layer.
Move to just under the other wordart and a
little more to the right.** Add Drop Shadow.
Copy and paste Spalsh_1 as new layer.
Make this the bottom layer.
Move to top left.** Repeat with Spalsh_2 only
place it to the right of Splash_1.
Repeat with Spalsh_3 and place at bottom of the other two
and kinda in the middle.**
Add drop shadow to all three.
Copy and paste mgPaper_5 as new layer. Make bottom layer.
Layers. New mask Layer, from Image Choose the mask in the list.
Click ok Merge group.
Add proper/clear copyright and Lic.# (If Needed)
Add your name and your done. For the name to look glossy I used
Eyecandy 4000 with following settings. top to bottom
Basic - 15.80, 75,Placement inside, -99, 35, 50, 0, 50
Lighting - 135, 45, 100, 40, white, 0, 72, 1
Click ok and Add drop shadow of -2, 2, 100, 8
