This tut was made using PSPx5
And knowledge of PSPx5.
Supplies needed
Tube of choice. I used Barbara Jensen.
You need a license to use her work. You can get it
and her work at her store HERE.
PTU kit Punktines Day by Amy Marie at Mystic Scraps.
Mask 41 MB and SW Mask by Moonbeams and Spiderwebs.
Font of choice I used AKMy Prince.
Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.
Tube - 85%
Mask
Elements:

9 - 55%
15 - 85%

Papers:
pp1 - 75%
pp9
When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.
It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol
Remember to save often.
Start with New rastor image of 600x600
Copy and paste 43 as new layer.
Copy and paste 44 as new layer and place under the frame.
Use magic wand and click inside of frame. Selections Modify
expand by 2 invert.
Copy and paste pp1 as new layer under the frame.
Delete selections none. Add drop shadow to Frame.
Copy and paste tube as new layer over the frame.
Move over to right of frame.** Duplicate Blend Hardlight.
Back on First tube Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 58 as new layer. Place Under frame
Copy and paste 50 as new layer. Place as bottom layer.
Move slightly up.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 6 as new layer under tube layer.
Move to left of tag.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 76 as new layer.
Move to left of tag and 6.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 9 as new layer. Move to bottom left of tag.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 7 as new layer over the tube layer.
Move down to bottom of tag.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste 15 as new layer. Move to bottom of tag.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste pp9 as new layer. Move to very bottom.
Layers, New Mask Layer, From image, Find the mask in the list.
Click ok. Merge Group.
Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done.
