This tut was made using PSPx4.
And knowledge of PSPx4.
Supplies needed
Tube of choice. I used Zombie Birthday by Joahannah von Frankenstein.
You need a license to use her work. You can get it
and her work here at The PSP Project.
Also Using the matching PTU kit Zombie Birthday by Wicked Princess Scraps.
Also available at The PSP Project.
Template of Choice. I used by Timeline Banner #2 made by ME Designz by BabyDragon.
Font of choice. I used ZOMBIFIED.
Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.

tube - 75%
WP_ZB_PP6
WP_ZB_PP5
WP_ZB_PP9 - 50%
WP_ZB_PP1
WP_ZB_CANDY3 - 30%
WP_ZB_HANDS1
WP_ZB_GIFT1 - 20%
WP_ZB_GIFT2 - 20%
WP_ZB_BEAR - 40%
WP_ZB_CUPCAKE1 - 40%
WP_ZB_BOW - 75%
When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.
It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol
Remember to save often.
Open the template and hit shift+d to duplicate.
Close original. Delete the Info layer and on the Avitar
spot change opacity to 25 for now so you can still see it
but under it as well. This will be deleted when done.
Delete word layer.
Change forground to pattern using WP_ZB_PP6 and flood fill
Background layer.
Now chsnge pattern to WP_B_PP5 and flood fill layer 1.
Add drop shadow.
Merge Layer 5 down to 4 and merge that layer down as well
so all three circles are on same layer. Selections all - Float
defloat - invert.
Copy and paste WP_ZB_PP9 as new layer. Move to ovet the circles.
Delete, Selections none. Add drop shadow.
Change forground to pattern using WP_ZB_PP1 and flood fill
Layers 6 and 7. Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste Tube as new layer. Move to the right of template
and place as top layer. Add drop shadow.
On the balloon layers using Manual Color Correction change color
of ballons to a color from the tube. Duplicate, Effects 3D, Cut out
Settings Offset Vertical 0 Horizontal 0 Opacity 100 Blur 36
Color a darker color then what the balloon is. Hit ok Merge down.
Add drop shadow to both.
Copy and paste WP_ZB_HANDS1 as new layer over the stripes layer.
Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste WP_ZB_BOW as new layer over the hands. Move down
a bit.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste WP_ZB_BEAR as new layer over the tube layer. Move
to the right of tag.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste WP_ZB_GIFT2 as new layer. Move to left of bear.**
Add drop shadow.
Copy and WP_ZB_CUPCAKE1 as new layer and move just to the right of
the grey avi square.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste WP_ZB_GIFT1 as new layer and move to the right
of the cupcake.** Add drop shadow.
Copy and paste WP_ZB_CANDY3 as new layer. Move to just over the grey
avi square to look like it it sitting on top of it.** Add drop shadow.
Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done.
