My tag I made for this was lost..but at bottom of tut Anne Hart did a wonderful job
recreating it!!! Only she used different artist and Font
Her info is there at top of tag..it is just hard to see on the purple BG of blog

Supplies Needed
~Eyecandy 4000-Gradient Glow~
~FTU Kit "Delicious" by BlueDream Designs
You can get it Here ~
~Font of Choice..I used Auriol LT Std~
~Tube of Choice..I used the work of Micheal Landefeld
You can purchase his work CDO~
Go ahead and open up
Frame 2; Paper 3; Feathers 2 and 3; Spiral heart 1;
Butterfly; Wrap; Bow 1; Word Charm ; and Tube of Choice.
Now for the work
~New Raster Layer 550 x 550~
~Copy and paste Frame 2 as new layer~
~Use magic wand-mode Add (shift)
Click inside of frame and inside the ribbons on frame
Selections-modify-expand by 2- selections - invert~
~Resize paper 3 by 86% - copy and paste as new layer- move to
under the frame layer- Delete. Do not deselect anything yet~
~now on the tube - copy and paste as new image, resize (resize all layers unchecked)
by 90%- add drop shadow - copy , paste as new layer under frame layer
Delete-select none - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - place on left inside frame
put below original tube layer - change to target brush and go over tube with
color from paper.~
~ Butterfly-resize by 30% - copy - paste as new layer on top of frame layer
and place on top right corner of frame (look at mine if you need to hehe)
add drop shadow~
~Wrap- resize by 60% - copy and paste under frame layer just at top of frame.
Add drop shadow - you may need to adjust the size of it with your pick tool~
~Feather 2 - resize by 50% copy and paste as new layer just
on top of frame layer again use the pick tool to adjust the rotation
Feather 3 - resize by 40% - copy and paste on top of other feather Rotate
just a bit with pic tool. Merge down Add drop shadow~
~Bow 1 - resize by 40% - copy and paste as new layer over the feathers
rotate just a bit with pic tool~
~Spiral heart - resize by 60% - Copy and paste over the bow layer
Rotate just a bit with pic Tool. ~
~Word Charm - resize by 60% - Copy and paste as new layer on the
left of the frame with a bit of over hang - add drop shadow~
Merge layers - Visible - resize by 94 %
Choose your font and add your name where you would like it -
convert to raster layer - effects - eyecandy 4000 - gradient glow -
color white - growth width 8- soft corners 25 - opacity 100
At this point add any copyright and licensing information.
