This tut was made using PSPx2
And knowledge of PSPx2.
Supplies Needed -
Tube of Choice. Tubes with Close ups added would work better for this.
Tube used is by Nicholas Garton Gartart.
You must have a lic to use his work. You can get it and his work from *Coming Soon*
Kit used is a PTU kit called Music Moves Me by Tasha.
You can look at the preview for it at Tasha's Playground.
Mask Used - Vix_Mask 143 you can get it HERE.
Font Used is Shelley Volante BT you can get it HERE
Please always look at tag for Element placement.
Add drop shadows to elements as you see fit.

Open Frame 5 copy paste as new layer - resize by 80%
Copy and paste your tube resize to fit if nessecery.

Add PROPER and CLEAR copyright, url and lic info.
