This tut was made using PSPx4

And knowledge of PSPx4.

Supplies needed

FTU Melancholy Love from Wicked Princess Scraps HERE.

Tube of Choice One . I am using a Camilla Drakenborg Exclusive.

You need a lic to use her work. You can get her work HERE.

Font Of Choice I used MeaCulpa which is a PTU font.

When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.

Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.

Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.

It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.

I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done

I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol

Remember to save often.

Open new 600x600

Open WP_ML_FRAME copy and paste as new layer.

Open WP_ML_ROSECLUSTER resize by 50% copy and paste as new layer

over the frame in top left corner**

Using Magic wand click inside frame Selections - Expand by 2

Open WP_ML_PP1 Resize by 62% Copy and paste as new layer - Delete

Move to below frame layer. Duplicate Blend Hard Light

Copy and paste tube as new layer** - Erase bottom of tube.

Selections None add drop shadow to Tube(Duplicate Blend Hard Light tube only),

Frame, and Rose Cluster Layer.

Open WP_ML_GLITTERSWIRL copy and paste as new layer as bottom layer.

Move to Left just a bit.** Add drop shadow.

Open WP_ML_SWIRLEDSTAIRCASE resize by 75% Copy and paste as new layer on top.

On the frame Selection all - Float - defloat Erase the top part of staircase

in frame. Selections - none erase the rest of the staircase at top.

Open WP_ML_BOTTLE resize by 50% copy and paste as new layer.

Place at bottom left of frame. Add drop shadow.

Add proper/clear copyright and Lic.# (If Needed)

Add Name and your done!
