This tut was made using PSPx4
And knowledge of PSPx4.

Supplies needed
PTU Totally Rad from Tasha's Playground HERE.
Tube of Choice One . I am using a Verymany Exclusive.
You need a lic to use her work. You can get her work at PFD HERE.
Template 19 from Toxic Desires HERE.
Mask 306 from Insatiable Dreams HERE.
Font Of Choice I used Snaggle Puss .You can get it HERE.


When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements.
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.

It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag.
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol

Remember to save often.

Open template Shift+D to duplicate it Delete Original.
Click on Lrg White Circle Selections All - Float - Defloat - Invert
Open paper16 resize by 62% Copy and paste as new layer - delete
Open Tube resize by 75% Copy and paste as new layer
Erase bottom part of tube. Selections None. Add Drop Shadow.

Click on the bottom Square 1 Selections - Float - Defloat - Invert
Open paper20 resize by 62% Copy and paste as new layer.
Move to over square** Delete. Selections None Add Drop Shadow.

Repeat above for Top Square 1

Pick a color from the tube, using your Change to Target Brush go over
and then add drop shadow to each of these items...
Wordart layer
Green glittered Heart
Glittered Circle
Pixel wordart
Black Circle
Add drop shadow to Pink Glittered Heart

Open Bear resize by 75% Copy and paste as new layer.
Place to bottom left of tag** Add Drop Shadow.

Open stars copy and paste as new layer and move to
bottom above the background layer.

Open paper4 copy and paste as new layer over background layer.
hide the background layer.

Open Mask On Tag Layers New Mask Layer from Image Select the Mask in the list
Invert mask Data Unchecked.

Add proper/clear copyright and Lic.# (If Needed)
Add name and your done!
